Experience our legacy first-hand on a unique commemorative voyage

After a two-year delay, Lindblad Expeditions is thrilled to announce a special, season-opening voyage to commemorate 40 years of small ship expedition travel in Alaska. Since 1981 we have been taking travelers into Southeast Alaska’s wildest corners where large cruise ships can’t go, discovering rugged and roadless places to give guests an authentic experience on America’s final frontier. Join us as we honor the past and celebrate the future of Alaska expeditions on a special epic voyage from Seattle to Sitka in 2023.

Guests on this commemorative voyage will enjoy a host of exclusive benefits and experiences, including:

  • Engaging talks and shared adventures with special guest speakers

  • Special giveaways, including a limited-edition Alaska 40 jacket

  • A curated "LEX Dream Team" of naturalists and crew, providing passion, stories, and perspective spanning decades

  • A unique focus on the whales of the Inside Passage

  • Additional special activities and programming to be announced in the coming months!

  • Plus enjoy a $700 air credit per person or waive the solo premium on solo cabins.
