Coming in 2024: A New Approach to Our Voyage Dates

At Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic we are always striving to ensure that our guests enjoy the most seamless experience possible when traveling with us—from selecting and booking your expedition to your journey home following your voyage. To that end, beginning in 2024, we are simplifying the way we present our voyage dates.

Currently, our itineraries are written so that “Day 1” represents the day you leave home to travel to the starting point of your expedition and “Day 2” is the day you join the trip. As of 2024, the day you join the trip and begin the expedition will be listed as “Day 1” and the last day will reflect when the expedition ends. We are making this change so that you have the clearest information possible to guide your decisions about how you arrive and depart the expedition.

DAYS 1-2: Depart U.S. / Papeete, Tahiti / Embark
Depart the U.S. on an overnight flight to Tahiti. Arrive in the early morning on Day 2 and proceed directly to the ship for embarkation.

DAY 1: Papeete, Tahiti / Embark
Arrive in Papeete and transfer directly to the ship for embarkation.

 

DAYS 11-12: Mo’orea / Papeete / Disembark / Arrive U.S.
Disembark in Papeete and check into a hotel room for the afternoon. In the late evening, transfer to the airport for flights home. Arrive the U.S. the next day.
