Polar Bears in the Northwest Passage

An early-morning wake-up call brought guests out on deck of the National Geographic Endurance for a thrilling polar bear sighting in the Canadian Arctic. National Geographic Photography Expert Ralph Lee Hopkins interprets the moment they first spot a mother and a cub and are then entertained by a young bear who playfully rolled on the ice in front of the ship.
