It was the last full day of our expedition aboard National Geographic Islander II and we have moved out of the western region into the central part of this enchanted archipelago. Today we are visiting two different places on Santiago Island.
The day started with stunning pre breakfast kayaking and after breakfast we took part in more water activities, such as snorkeling in Buccaneer Cove. Later in the day the ship moved locations to a place called Puerto Egas where we went for a long walk along the shore, finding grottos that fur sea lions use as a resting place. We also enjoyed the beach and took part in a stretching class.
We appreciated the amazing sunset to finish our great day.
