Today is our last full day in the Galapagos Islands. Our final excursion this early morning takes us to a small central island called Santa Fe. This island has high endemism, such as the land iguana which only lives here and a cactus which has a trunk like a tree. Snorkeling here is also special because it offers encounters with sea lions, turtles, rays, sharks, and all kinds of fish.
We continued to San Cristobal Island to visit a mile long, white, sandy beach. We walked along the shore and had a fun time swimming. This was a great way to end our expedition in the Galapagos.
Farewell and safe travels to all our guests who have now bonded with nature in this very special place.
