Today, we started our expedition with a scenic drive through the fields in the state of Cordoba, where massive cattle fields contribute to the local and national economy. As soon as we arrived in Lorica, our orientation to the town emphasized how Syrian Lebanese immigrants established themselves in the Sinu region as far back as 1880. Today, this legacy remains the silent witness of a new generation that proudly continues making contributions to Colombia in so many aspects.

During our visit to the Zenu community in the afternoon, we saw how proud Colombians must be of their Indigenous communities and the outstanding legacy they share with the world.
