Bright and early this morning guests aboard National Geographic Orion disembarked guests at Loh Liang National Park on Komodo Island. Everyone was excited to see and photograph the world’s largest living lizard species, the Komodo dragon! There were Komodo dragons in abundance. Really large adults, intermediate youngsters and even some juveniles. Cameras clicked and whirred, videos shot miles of footage, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Our afternoon was spent on Pink Sand Beach snorkeling, swimming, and just enjoying the beautiful tropical weather and lovely sea condition. It was a perfect day here in Indonesia!
