That was the song we sang at the white coraline beach, on Española Island. All those "rocks", were actually sea lions enjoying the afternoon sun. Do you recognize the little bird on the left? It was eating the flies that bothered our sea lion friends. Long, powerful curved beak… Guess who? The Española mockingbird, unique to Española or Hood Island. A very helpful bird for those easygoing folks, the stars of the Galapagos: the sea lion "rocks. "
