To be at Sea and in the middle of a vast ocean creates a very special feeling. From the deck, or even your favorite chair in the library, you can spend hours just watching the horizon. The waves play in front of you and your worries drift away. This is truly a voyage of relaxation of the body and mind.
Nowadays most people live in urban areas, crowded, sometimes with lots of air pollution. Out here we are among the few. Actually so far we have glimpsed only one other ship on the horizon. Maybe this was the feeling the early explorers had as they set sail to go out and discover the world.
As the Caledonian Starcontinues her voyage, it feels as if so little has changed. It is easy to imagine these other sailors whose paths we are now following. Perhaps the only noticeable difference is the style with which we are now traveling. The only real hardship is which cocktail to chose while enjoying another marvelous sunset. Every sunset is unique!
