National Geographic Endeavour II anchored at Gardner Bay in front of a gorgeous white-sand beach surrounded by crystal clear, turquoise waters. Right after breakfast, our guests prepared for a fantastic morning snorkeling off the beach and off the Zodiac in the deep waters around Gardner Island.

In the afternoon, our ship repositioned to the northwestern side of Espanola Island in a location named Punta Suarez. The island is home to a large colony of sea lions, seabirds, and marine iguanas. Our travelers enjoyed a wonderful hike amongst all these creatures and came back with wonderful stories and big smiles.
