NEW YORK, NY, May 26, 2022 --- Lindblad Expeditions has announced the appointment of industry executive, Bertha Espinosa, to serve as their Vice President of Expedition Sales, effective immediately.
Ms. Espinosa brings to Lindblad 25+ years of call center/reservations leadership experience. Prior to joining Lindblad she was the VP of Guest Services for Crystal Cruise Lines, where she oversaw all facets of their customer support and service, spanning Reservations, Group Sales, Air Services, Guest Relations, and Consumer Sales.
In her leadership role at Lindblad, Ms. Espinosa will be charged with significant decision-making responsibility to develop and lead the expedition reservation sales team and optimize capabilities across multiple priorities. These include Customer Relationship Management/engagement across multiple channels including call center and online chat; development and elevation of call center operations and infrastructure; strategic road mapping and program development to optimize sales to all constituents (individual, group, affinity, charter, travel advisors); crisis management and resolution; outbound sales and technology/enterprise IT training and support as the company integrates to the SeaWare, Salesforce/CRM ecosystem. Ms. Espinosa will report to Gina Gabbard, Chief Sales Officer.
