Wellness Specialist

Tina Seay

Tina strives to find a balance between work and play. She savors life’s moments and enjoys sharing her gifts of healing and compassion. Travel—domestic and international—is one of her greatest passions. After studying physical therapy and environmental science, Tina earned a bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin College in Virginia. She later received a massage certification from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.

She spent the first years of her massage practice on the road, traveling around the United States, rock climbing, and backpacking in the amazing national forests and parks. During this time, she fell in love with Wyoming and has lived there since the early 1990s. While hiking the Appalachian Trail for her honeymoon in 1989, Tina became a passionate environmentalist. She believes that people need wild places and wildlife to help find balance within themselves.

Tina has studied many wellness disciplines including circulatory (Swedish), deep tissue, and Thai massage; Tui na; Touch for Health; chakra and meridian healing; gemstones; essential oils and flower essences; nutrition; activated isolated stretching; MELT Method for pain relief; yoga, Pilates; and various forms of energy work such as meditation and Reiki. Each session with Tina is unique, tailored to what you need at any given moment, and can help you feel like your best self.
