Small changes in everyday choices and mindset have major implications on our outlook, attitude, and happiness. We have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace. Attitude is everything. I have spent the last twenty years studying communication, coaching, yoga, and massage therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified 500+ Yoga Instructor, and graduate of both MBA and BA programs. My heart and spirit thrive when I am helping others. I am passionate about personal development, exploration, the outdoors, and living every day to its fullest.

Massage - I am a graduate of the National Holistic Institute and hold a license in New Mexico and Washington State. Over the years I have practiced Shiatsu, Ayurveda, Reiki, Swedish, Cranial Sacral, and Deep Tissue techniques in the United States and around the world. I receive massage regularly and am an advocate for self-care.

Yoga - My yoga classes emphasize a well-rounded Hatha practice, in hopes of creating a nurturing environment for all to explore movement, breath, and ultimately get the day started with inspiration, opening the body, and preparing you for the activities that lie ahead. I completed my first teacher training in Thailand in 2009. Since then, I have completed teacher trainings in Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga and an advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in Forrest Yoga. My classes are inclusive, fun, and designed to make you feel great!

Coaching - I have completed three coaching certifications in Health Coaching, Integral Coaching, and most recently Life Coaching. I have also worked as a Career and Admissions Advisor for the Aveda and Art Institute of Seattle, helping students navigate enrollment, school, and choosing a job. I have a passion for helping people discover their potential, set goals, and create positive change.
